Fruit light shake
Our fruit-light shake is a great way to quickly and effortlessly fuel your body while satisfying your appetite while cutting calories.
Ingredients:
- 200 ml freshly squeezed fruit juice (to your taste)
- 150ml of water
- 50 g low-fat quark for a creamy texture and proteins
- Ice cubes for a refreshing coolness
- Choice of fresh fruit (e.g. berries, bananas, apples) for extra vitamins and antioxidants
- 3-4 tbsp Premium Protein Strawberry for an extra energy boost
Preparation:
- put all the ingredients in a high-performance blender and mix them well until a homogeneous consistency is achieved
- pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately
