Fruit light shake

Our fruit-light shake is a great way to quickly and effortlessly fuel your body while satisfying your appetite while cutting calories.


  • 200 ml freshly squeezed fruit juice (to your taste)
  • 150ml of water
  • 50 g low-fat quark for a creamy texture and proteins
  • Ice cubes for a refreshing coolness
  • Choice of fresh fruit (e.g. berries, bananas, apples) for extra vitamins and antioxidants
  • 3-4 tbsp Premium Protein Strawberry for an extra energy boost


  1. put all the ingredients in a high-performance blender and mix them well until a homogeneous consistency is achieved
  2. pour the shake into a glass and enjoy immediately
