Feel Free Shake
A refreshing and protein-rich drink with just a few ingredients - that's the Feel-Free-Shake recipe. With simple preparation and delicious ingredients like low-fat milk, honeydew melon, honey, premium protein, raspberry syrup and coconut flakes, this drink is sure to be an all-time favorite.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml skim milk
- half honeydew melon
- 1 tsp honey
- 3-4 tbsp Pro 95 protein powder
- 1 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
Preparation:
- put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well until you get a creamy shake
- enjoy your feel-free shake as breakfast, as a quick meal in between or after exercise
