Refreshing raspberry shake with an additional power kick

This shake is not only delicious, but also packed with nutrients. The raspberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, while the premium protein vanilla protein powder helps you to rebuild and strengthen your muscles. The rolled oats and chopped almonds provide an extra power boost and make the shake even more nutritious. And the honey and vanilla sugar make it really sweet too!

Ingredients:

  • 100g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Premium Protein Vanilla
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 tsp chopped almonds

Preparation:

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
