Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 200 g low fat yoghurt
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 tsp paprika powder (noble sweet)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel and press the garlic or cut into small pieces.
- Wash the chicken breast fillets and cut into strips.
- In a bowl, mix together the chilli powder, coriander, paprika powder, salt, pepper, tomato paste, yoghurt and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken breast fillet to the bowl with the marinade and mix well.
- Close the bowl with the lid and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Peel the onions and cut into nice rings.
- Place in a casserole dish and place the meat with the marinade on top.
- Bake in the oven at 150°C hot air or 170°C top and bottom heat for approx. 30 minutes.
