HANS FISHER
Hans Fischer – My life for fitness
I, Hans Fischer, was born on January 19th, 1953. After elementary school, I did an apprenticeship as a machinist. In 1967-1969 I became interested in boxing. I did that at SC Rotenburg / Fulda. The hard training took place twice a week with many blue eyes. My weight at that time was 69kg and I was 1.75m tall. 1969-1973 I got into cycling with a Peugeot racing bike, 17 gears. Not normal driving, of course, but 7000km of training per year. I also jog 10 km 3 times a week.
In 1973 I came to bodybuilding in the sports studio in Asperg.
In 1978 I moved to a sports studio in Kornwestheim Remsstrasse. In the meantime I had already trained myself to weigh 80 kg and took part in 2 studio championships (1987 8th place and 1988 5th place).
In 1988 I moved to Studio California on Solitudestrasse in Ludwigsburg. There I met Tamer Galal , who helped me enormously with his knowledge. At that point my weight was already 90 kg.
In 1998 I switched to SVK Kornwestheim. A new building with excellent appliances. Here I was able to increase my weight to 98kg and improve it at the age of 64. For my weight training, I run through the forest twice a week, 10 km each.
My best bodybuilding scores at age 30 were:
Bench press 132.5 kg
Squats free 210 kg
Deadlift 210 kg
Today at the age of 64:
Bench press: 125 kg
Squat machine 160 kg
Deadlift: 180 kg each 1 rep
I train all muscle groups 3 times a week for 2 hours. I can't get rid of the weightlifting addiction and will practice this sport as long as my health allows it. I thought my body would give up by the time I was 40 or 50 or 60. But I'm fit and resilient like never before.
Greetings to all athletes,
by Fischer Hans from Kornwestheim..
