Asian salmon 

If you're looking for a delicious yet healthy dish, then Asian salmon is just right for you. This recipe offers a unique combination of spicy flavours and juicy salmon. 

Ingredients: 

• 300 g salmon fillet 

• 1 tsp lemon juice 
• 2 tbsp soy sauce 
• 1 bunch of coriander 
• 1 mango 
• 1 pinch of chilli powder 

• 1 dash of lemon juice 

Preparation: First, cut the salmon fillet into 4 cubes and marinate it in a mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce for about an hour. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes, and finely chop the coriander. Then mix the mango cubes with chilli powder, coriander and a dash of lemon juice. 

Then take the salmon fillet out of the marinade and sear it on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Then add the marinade and let it reduce for just a few seconds. Serve the dish together with the mango mixture.
