Asian Salmon 


If you are looking for a delicious but also healthy dish, then Asian salmon is for you. This recipe offers you a unique combination of spicy flavors and succulent salmon. 


  • 300 g salmon fillet  
  • 1 tsp lemon juice  
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce  
  • 1 bunch coriander  
  • 1 mango  
  • 1 pinch of chili powder  
  • 1 pinch of lemon juice  


Preparation: First you should cut the salmon fillet into 4 cubes and marinate in a mixture of lemon juice and soy sauce for about an hour. Peel the mango and cut into small cubes and finely chop the coriander. The mango cubes should then be mixed with chilli powder, coriander and a pinch of lemon juice. 

Then take the salmon fillet out of the marinade and fry it on both sides in a coated pan with a little oil. Then you should add the marinade and let it boil for just a few seconds. Then serve the dish together with the mango mixture.
